Shuttle Service Terms and Conditions

 

1. Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be completed through our online system, by phone, or by email.
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Passengers must provide accurate information, including the number of passengers, luggage count, and exact pickup and drop-off locations.

2. Payment

  • All fares must be paid in full before the service date unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and cash.
  • Fares are non-refundable if cancelled on or after the date specified at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation and Changes

  • Passengers may cancel or modify a booking before the stated cutoff date without penalty.
  • If the company cancels the service, a full refund will be issued for any unused portion.
  • Changes to bookings (including time, date, or passenger count) may incur additional charges.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Drivers may assist with loading and unloading luggage.
  • All passengers must be ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
  • Children under the age of five must use appropriate car seats as required by law.

5. Company Responsibilities

  • The company will provide a safe, clean, and well-maintained vehicle.
  • Drivers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate delays, traffic, and flight changes.
  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, port disembarkation, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Liability

  • The company is not responsible for missed flights, connections, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances outside our control.
  • The company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
  • Passengers assume all risks associated with personal safety and property while using our services.

7. Conduct

  • Passengers must behave safely and respectfully at all times.
  • Aggressive, threatening, or illegal behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

8. Vehicle Limitations

  • Vehicles may only accommodate the stated number of passengers and luggage.
  • Overloading is prohibited and may result in the refusal of service.

9. Agreement

  • By completing a booking, passengers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
  • These terms apply to all shuttle services provided by Helping Hands Shuttle Service, including airport transfers, cruise port shuttles, tours, and other transportation services.
